Friday:

Package pick-ups all day at the Vulcan Tourism and Trek Station at 115 Centre Street East.
3 p.m. to 5 p.m. – VIP ticket holders Sneak-a-Peek in the Vendors Market at the Vulcan District Arena at 703 Elizabeth Street.
6 p.m. – Meet and Greet the special guests at the Vulcan Legion Hall 240 Sinclair Road.
9:30 p.m. – Outdoor movie at the Vulcan Tourism and Trek Station, suggested to bring a lawn chair, or people can stay in their vehicle.

Saturday:

7:30 – 9 a.m. – Breakfast at Cultural-Recreational Centre (CRC) 504 4 Avenue South.
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. – Vendors market at Vulcan and District Arena. New at the market is tarot card readings, virtual reality and Star Trek gaming.
9 a.m. – Cosplay March – starts out at the Vulcan Tourism and Trek Station.
9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. – Cosplay March to Vulcan District Arena begins.
10 a.m. – Cosplay group photo at Vulcan District Arena.
10 – 10:45 a.m. – Cosplay Costume Contest at Vulcan District Arena.
11 a.m. – Autographs available throughout the day.
11 – 11:45 a.m. – Question and Answer with Tracee Cocco and Bobby Clark at Vulcan Curling Club.
12 p.m. – Nerf Wars at Vulcan Curling Club.
12 p.m. – Green Screen photo op with Spock at Vulcan District Arena.
12:30 – 1:15 p.m. – Question and Answers with Mary Chieffo at Vulcan Curling Club Lounge.
12:30 – 4:30 p.m. – Model building exhibit at Vulcan and District Arena.
1:30 – 2:15 p.m. – Photo op with Mary Chieffo at Vulcan and District Arena.
1:30 p.m. – Trek FM Podcast forum.
2:30 – 3:30 p.m. – Photo Op Tracee Cocco and Bobby Clark at Vulcan District Arena.
3:30 p.m. – Trek FM Podcast forum.
4:15 p.m. – Star Trek, Star Fleet Confidential live and unscripted on stage, something new this year at the Vulcan and District Arena.
5 p.m. – Red Shirt Union at Vulcan Curling Club lounge.
6 – 7 p.m. – Pre-Dinner Cocktails at CRC.
7 p.m. – Dinner at CRC
